Important Information:

This emulator fully replicates the operation of the DPF system. Once installed, the original DPF system is bypassed, and all related error codes and warning lights are deactivated.

Because the regeneration process is disabled, the physical DPF filter may become clogged over time. To prevent performance issues or exhaust blockages, we recommend either removing the internal filter material or replacing the muffler with a non-DPF version.

The DPF emulator for Kubota is mounted to the temperature sensors, the pressure difference sensor, and 4 wires are connected to the Can and power supply wires.

The black plug labeled as “temp 1” is connected to the first engine temperature sensor.

The gray plug labeled as “temp2” is connected to the next sensor in the middle.

The white plug labeled as “temp3” is connected to the last temperature sensor.

The next 3-pin (dpf) plug is connected in place of the DPF pressure difference sensor.

The final 4-pin connector is linked “in-line” and serves as the power supply and connects to Can H and Can L. This connector is positioned directly adjacent to the engine, in close proximity to it.

After installing the emulator, the DPF filter should be removed.
