Installation Manual:
Before connecting the emulator, make sure todisable engine derate modein the truck and perform the"dpf Ash Accumulator" service routine.


 	
Locate theACM (Aftertreatment Control Module)unit anddisconnect its plug, as shown in the red-marked image.

 	
Connect theemulatordirectly to this plug.

 	
The ACM unit can either beremovedorleft in place—both options are acceptable.

 	
Since the emulator fully replaces theDPF system, you mustremove the DPF filterordrill it throughto allow unrestricted exhaust flow.
