Important Information:
This emulator fully replicates the operation of the DEF/SCR/DPF system. Once installed, the original DEF/SCR/DPF system is bypassed, and all related error codes and warning lights are deactivated.
Because the regeneration process is disabled, the physical DPF filter may become clogged over time. To prevent performance issues or exhaust blockages, we recommend either removing the internal filter material or replacing the muffler with a non-DPF version.

Installation Manual




DPF & DEF Emulator Installation Instructions:
1. Connect Diagnostic Plug Plug the male diagnostic connector from the DPF/DEF emulator into the vehicle’s diagnostic port. Leave the female connector from the emulator unused. Note: The location of the diagnostic port may vary by model. It is typically located near the ECU (Engine Control Unit).
2. Connect Emulator to Sensors Connect the following sensors from the DPF emulator in place of the original connections:

(1) Exhaust Temperature Sensor (t2)
(7) Exhaust Temperature Sensor (t1)
(8) Exhaust Temperature Sensor (t0)
Note: The emulator’s connectors sometimes may not match the original sensor colors — verify the correct connection manually.
(2) Differential Pressure Sensor
3. Disconnect both NOX sensors 

4. Unplug the flat 5-pin connector from the DEF/SCR control unit and leave it disconnected.
5. Power On and Verify After all 6 connectors are properly installed, turn on the ignition (do not start the engine). Wait approximately 1 minute. At this stage:

All DPF-related error codes should disappear
The soot level should reset
The DEF/AdBlue fluid level should show approximately half a tank

If all indicators are normal, proceed to the next step.
6. Physical DPF Filter Handling Please note: Since the emulator disables regeneration, the DPF filter may eventually become clogged and obstruct exhaust flow. To avoid performance issues: Physically remove the internal structure of the DPF filter or replace the muffler with one that does not include a DPF filter
