This is a professional Plug & Play solution designed to disable or remove SCR, DEF, and DOC systems on Caterpillar® C4.4 ACERT Tier 4 Final engines.
Our emulator fully supports the internal SCR/DEF system diagnostic tests managed by the engine’s Ecm. As a result, it automatically disables torque reduction (idle mode) without the need for special diagnostic tools. Simply install the device, warm up the engine, and all related error codes will become inactive.

Installation Manual




We install the emulator onto the ACM control unit.
Next, we unplug the connector from the control unit and plug in the device
Then, we connect the emulator cable to the NOX sensor – removing the plug from the sensor and replacing it with the emulator plug. Additionally, the additional plug provided in the kit should be connected to the second NOX sensor.
The subsequent step involves disconnecting the two plugs from the NH3 sensor.
We also disconnect the SCR/DEF tank.
