Installation Manual
Installation Manual:
Before connecting the emulator, make sure to disable engine derate mode in the truck and perform the "dpf Ash Accumulator" service routine.

Locate the ACM (Aftertreatment Control Module) unit and disconnect its plug, as shown in the red-marked image.

Connect the emulator directly to this plug.

The ACM unit can either be removed or left in place—both options are acceptable.

Since the emulator fully replaces the DPF system, you must remove the DPF filter or drill it through to allow unrestricted exhaust flow.
