Important Information:

This emulator fully replicates the operation of the DEF/SCR/DPF system. Once installed, the original DEF/SCR/DPF system is bypassed, and all related error codes and warning lights are deactivated.

Because the regeneration process is disabled, the physical DPF filter may become clogged over time. To prevent performance issues or exhaust blockages, we recommend either removing the internal filter material or replacing the muffler with a non-DPF version.

DPF & DEF Emulator Installation Instructions:

1. Male diagnostic connector from DPF/DEF emulator unit plug to diagnostic connector in
vehicle (CAN label on wire)
*female connector stay unplugged

2. Unplug connectors mentioned below and replace them with Emulator connector:
(1) Exhaust Temperature Sensor (T2)
(7) Exhaust Temperature Sensor (T1)
(8) Exhaust Temperature Sensor (T0)
*Each connector is different color. Emulator connectors may not match but they are all different and
you will not mix them.
(2) Differential Pressure Sensor

3. Disconnect both NOx Sensors, 

Disconnect ACM control Unit,

Disconnect DEF level Plug and replace with plug from emulator unit

4. After successfully connecting and disconnecting all connectors and ACM ECU, turn on
ignition and wait for about 1min.
DPF faults must disappear and reset soot level. If everything is okey, you can proceed to the next step

5. DPF filter in your vehicle may get clogged and since there will be no regeneration, it may clog more and not let out exhaust gases. Our advise physically to remove DPF filter from the inside or replace with a muffler without DPF
