Installation Manual
The DPF emulator for Volvo is mounted to the temperature sensors, the pressure difference sensor, and 4 wires are connected to the Can and power supply wires.
The black plug labeled as “temp 1” is connected to the first engine temperature sensor.
The gray plug labeled as “temp2” is connected to the next sensor in the middle.
The white plug labeled as “temp3” is connected to the last temperature sensor.
The next 3-pin (dpf) plug is connected in place of the DPF pressure difference sensor.
- Brown – Connect to +15 terminal (Ignition signal)
- White – Connect to Gnd
- Green Can H – Engine ECU pin EB37
- Yellow Can L – Engine ECU pin EB17
